Who is responsible for your data

What data we process
- Through the quote request form: origin and destination of the transport, type and weight of the cargo, loading date, name, phone number and (optionally) email address.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, date and time, and browser type. These are stored in the hosting provider's server logs for security and correct operation.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the security and correct operation of the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Your data is processed by service providers that support us: hosting and form processing (Netlify, Inc., USA) and an email provider through which we receive requests. Transfers outside the EU take place under the conditions of the GDPR. We do not pass your data to other third parties unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as needed to answer them and for up to 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

This website does not use cookies. To know how many people visit it and which pages they read, we use the Umami statistics service (Umami Software, Inc.). It does not use cookies, does not recognise you and shows us only aggregated data: number of visits, pages, country, device type and where the visit came from. If you choose a light or dark theme, or switch the language, your choice is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to us and is not used for anything else. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not from external services.
